I love stone brews and have tried basically all of them. I reviewed the 12th and 13th Anniversary beers in my first season of Barry's Beer Reviews. With the 12th Anniversary I made a BBQ sauce using Stone Smoked Porter and then put it on home made burgers and then paired them with the beer and WOW it was amazing. Even as a snack I drink sharp cheddar cheeses with IPAs. Cooking with IPAs can be tricky because if you reduce them they actually can become even more bitter. I will be posting my review of the Juxtaposition Pilsner in a little over a week (already recorded) and then a review of the Vertical Epic 09. Followed at some point by a review of the Ken Schmidt/Maui Brewing Co./Stone Brewing Co.: Kona Coffee, Macadamia, Coconut Porter. Cheers! Great review!
