Yup Ashley was really THAT Pleasent

    Ashley is the #1 Bartender at Brasserie V (my opinion) She has been in the business for 10 years and feels like experience is everything. She really enjoys clientele that appreciate the beer, the smell and the taste of the beer. She enjoys folks that come to learn about and experience the beer. It’s all about the BEER!

Yes! Ernie is that happy!

Ernie likes the Dynamic Environment where he gets to meet lots of great people and at the end of the night Ernie takes CASH $$$ back to the crib!.  Wow Ernie is lucky get’n paid to talk to people and pour great beer!

Favorite prank…. When the Macro beer folks come in and want a Domestic beer??? Ernie says; “look at the taps we have a TON of Domestic beers try one!” Ernie… you have inspired me… “I’ll have another!”

What I love about Bartending???

People I meet, great discussions… “Informed consumption” From “declaration of Beer independence” talking to folks about something I am passionate about … Talking to folks about something that I love. I get up in the morning and look forward to coming to work.. This is not a job… This is an endless beer Holiday!

What frustrates me about Bartending???

It comes back to the informed consumption… It’s always the big boys that are used to chugging down the 6 “American Lagers” and now want to impress their dates and or their homies with their beer prowess and before you know it they are well…  and since this is a family blog you can guess what they are doing with the porcelain god…..

“out to impress rather than appreciate” that frustrates me!
